Comfort Zone

這是老生常談。任何trainer／領袖訓練／勵志書都會告訴你，千萬不要死癡著自己的comfort zone，要daring，要entrepreneurial。有時候我覺得，你這個老鬼談甚麼comfort zone！現在甚麼世界了！This is an age of accelerated changes。我們這一輩要cope with的改變太多太快，大家考完CPA又要考CFA，不進修根本生存不了，市不好又怕被炒，可能這世界根本就沒有甚麼comfort zone（可能，政府工除外）。

可是今天，對於comfort zone的概念我又好像明白了多一點點。

話說，我們今個term有6個core module，當中包括：
accounting
marketing
economics
organisational behaviour
practice of management
operations management
還有上禮拜6的personal careers development centre

你猜我最comfortable的科目是甚麼？

禮拜4過後就剛好上完一整個cycle，到時你就會知道我想說甚麼。
